Faculty and Staff | Mr. Mathis
Dustin Mathis has been a teacher in Washington County School District for 10 years. He began teaching 3rd grade at Sunset Elementary, and then went on to teach 4th and 5th grade, too. He began teaching at Fossil Ridge in 2004, where he has taught Math and Study Skills. Mr. Mathis truly enjoys teaching children and really enjoys daily interaction with students. He is quite the joker and a prankster. Dustin can dish it out as well as take it! He is an avid hunter and especially enjoys training and hunting with his hound dogs. Dustin has been married for 13 years to
Carole and they have three beautiful girls; Sam, Jess, and Ray, and boy..oh boy...do they adore their dad.
