Faculty and Staff | Officer Tait
Officer Tait is the School Resource Officer at Fossil Ridge Intermediate School. He has been known here at the school as Officer Taiter, Taiter Tot, Officer Dude and a few other things; but his own kids call him Dad. Officer Tait grew up in St. George with his parents and three sisters. He now has four children of his own, oh yes, and two grand children.
He has been a police officer in St. George for almost 23 years, during which time he worked as a Patrol Officer; taking calls from 911 Dispatchers and also as a Detective in the Investigations Division. Officer Tait has met many interesting people while performing his duties, but the most interesting and fun people he has come to know, he met while wondering the halls of Fossil Ridge, learning from the students. "Thank you for your smiling faces. See you in the halls."
