Currently, the web staff is re-designing the website for Fossil Ridge Intermediate School. Needless to say, the result is an "under-construction" site...which you are currently looking at. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and look forward to launch our new "fully-functional" site this next year.

Thriller Night at Fossil Ridge!

Februay 22nd, 2008 by Pfunder

We here at Fossil Ridge Intermediate love to dance! That is exactly a love we gave note to on October 31, 2007 when Mr. Pfunder's Dance Crew unveiled the amazing reincarnation of Michael Jackson's Thriller! Mr. Pfunder, Fossil Ridge Intermediate's beloved Publishing/Visual/Exploratory Arts teacher gathered together all 5 of his class periods, and seriously gave them the skill of dancing.

The students had a blast as the crawled, scampered and slid towards the front of the commons/lunch area in search of zombie prey while Vincent Prince's voice shook the room. The music seemed to slow as everyone got into position, in lines of 12. When the music started, Pfunder's zombies looked up with dark demeaning eyes as they started to march and twitch. They stomped toward the crowd with lurching claws, keeping to the solid beat of 1...2...3. Then, Micheal's voice came on the scene singing, 'Cuz this is, thriller...thriller night!' the dance crew leaped into the air in demon stances and held (on the floor) that position until Michael Jackson's voice came again. The crowd was in awe. No different was the performance on Main Street, November 1, 2007. So, as you can see, we here at Fossil Ridge are the main attraction of Washington County.
